What we worked on
Customer Research & Community Strategy
Scoolinary engaged us to enhance their community engagement strategy, aiming to expand the utilization of their top-tier video learning platform. Through thorough customer research, we collaborated with Scoolinary to conceptualize “Scoolinary Challenges,” a monthly competition designed exclusively for Scoolinary members. These challenges, led by seasoned professional chefs, enabled passionate cooks to embark on the same culinary recipes each month, fostering a dynamic environment for shared learning and skill development. By participating in these challenges, members not only honed their culinary techniques but also gained valuable insights from fellow participants, facilitating a collaborative approach to culinary education and innovation.
