Minds Studio, in partnership with Northern Design’s leadership team, has guided the development of a comprehensive learning strategy and the segmentation of target audiences to tailor learning pathways effectively.
Our process involved conducting interviews with current clients, seeking insights from internal and external experts, and crafting prototypes meticulously designed to address the existing learning needs within the company’s ecosystem.

Learning pathways content production
Collaborating closely with different stakeholders of the Northern Design team, Minds Studio crafted a series of pathways featuring bite-sized videos tailored to various professionals.
Serving as the orchestrator of the entire process, Minds Studio upheld rigorous quality standards from start to finish. This involved finalizing technical scripts and coordinating the arrangement of diverse recording sets to facilitate the production of top-tier multimedia content that consistently met professional standards, all while adhering to predetermined time and budget constraints.
Tech Stack
Minds Studio provided strategic guidance to Northern Design, recommending the most suitable tech tools and automations to effectively deliver the project within their allocated technology budget and timeframe.
We offered a diverse range of tools encompassing online synchronous and asynchronous content platforms, student enrollment systems, payment gateways, and community management platforms tailored to meet the specific needs of the project.

Translation to multiple languages using AI
After post-producing and uploading the content, Minds Studio took charge of translating it into three different languages using cutting-edge AI tools for dubbing and lip syncing. We are continuously exploring additional applications of AI technologies throughout various stages of the learning journey, which will be integrated in subsequent phases of our collaboration.
