The AI Practice

We are a group of professionals committed to integrate AI with professional craftsmanship, and we meet weekly to explore and experiment together.

Would you like to integrate AI meaningfully in your team or organization?

Schedule a call with our team and we’ll help you make it happen.

Figuring out what AI changes for our profession.

Overwhelmed by AI speed of change, we decided to create a safe space to learn every week for 60 minutes.

Without shortcuts, stress or magic recipes. We learn for the long run, following our curiosity and building our grit by learning and experimenting together.

We’re getting closer to AI fluency one step – or practice – at a time. We aim to integrate AI with our professional craft for the long run.

How does the AI Practice work?

OPEN: In order to truly learn together we need to get to know and develop trust in each other. We spend the first few minutes of each practice setting expectations and strengthening the connections with the other Minds in the group.

FOCUS: For 60 minutes we laser focus on a specific tool, process or workflow that we explore together, guided by an expert facilitator and practitioner. We are challenged, surprised and lost at times. It’s all part of the process to find those “aha moments” that generate mind-shifts and build confidence in when using and not using AI.

CLOSE: We extract conclusions as a group, and incorporate our learnings to a visual board that the Minds Network members can revisit anytime.

We provide just the right consistency -backed by a bit of learning science- connecting to a virtual collaborative environment every week, where we run the Minds Practice Framework:

TANGIBLE PROGRESS EVERY SEASON: Contrary to many training programs, we don’t just listen or take tests. We explore and work together for 10 weeks and produce a tangible -open sourced- outcome that’s freely available to the rest of the community.

What have we explored and produced so far at the AI Practice?

Season 1: AI Ethics

how to use AI and when to use it?what is responsible usage? how do we have fair usage, how do human skills apply to AI usage? what is the role of work and human connection in the age of AI? How to prevent brain rot? What’s the social and emotional impact of AI?

Season 2: RAG App

We applied AI to the Harkness Layout, developing a map that can be used for facilitators of communities of practice to understand the dynamics of the group and the questions that remained unanswered. We developed this system using Google Gemini

Season 3: Agent Onboard

We developed our first Agent, who was capable of enhancing the onboarding of new members of Minds Studio, creating new matches between them according to their interests and job descriptions. We developed this agent using n8n, Claude and Google Gemini.

Season 4: Minds 2nd Brain

We’re developing our first AI Agent combining the knowledge of the Minds Studio Network and practices. You can join us using the following link:
