Empowering kids to develop a portofolio of skills for the future
Kubrio is a cutting-edge learning platform uniquely crafted to empower children in cultivating a diverse skill set tailored for the future. Flexible and versatile, Kubrio seamlessly integrates with existing educational frameworks like traditional schooling or homeschooling, offering a dynamic supplement or a comprehensive alternative.
At the heart of Kubrio are Pods, micro-communities of learners guided by dedicated learning coaches. Each Pod is customizable, with pricing structured around factors such as live class frequency, skill demand, and teacher expertise. This personalized approach ensures that every child receives targeted support and tailored learning experiences conducive to their individual growth and development.
Why we worked with Kubrio
Kubrio aims to tackle the pervasive global challenge stemming from the inadequacy of traditional education systems to cater to the diverse needs of students in today’s rapidly evolving world. As societies progress and technological advancements reshape the fabric of work and life, it has become increasingly evident that conventional educational models may fall short in equipping students with the requisite skills and competencies for success in the 21st century.
This mismatch between education and the demands of the modern era can result in a myriad of issues, such as unpreparedness for the workforce, disparities in educational outcomes, and waning engagement and motivation among learners. By offering a platform for personalized and adaptable learning, Kubrio endeavors to address these overarching challenges by empowering students to cultivate the skills, knowledge, and mindset essential for navigating the complexities of today’s dynamic global landscape.
At Minds Studio, we are dedicated to empowering and supporting companies committed to revolutionizing the current mainstream education paradigm.
What we worked on
The Homeschooling Global Summit
Kubrio (Previously known as Galileo), an expanding online platform, sought to engage homeschooling, worldschooling, and unschooling families amid the Covid-19 lockdown to strengthen its strategic position. Entrusting Minds Studio with the task, the founders aimed to design and execute the largest Homeschooling Global Summit to date. Collaborating closely with the Galileo leadership team, Minds Studio set ambitious targets of reaching over 10,000 attendees and hosting more than 100 experts within a three-month timeframe, surpassing the previous year’s summit attendance of 3,000 individuals and 42 experts.
Minds Studio outlined a project scope and plan for the brand-new 2020 Homeschool Global Summit, featuring 10 days of online, on-demand recorded content. With a focus on product and tech design, marketing planning, and content production, Minds Studio seamlessly integrated with Galileo’s team to execute the project. The result was a successful summit boasting over 80 recorded interviews with 105 speakers across 10 days, attracting over 10,000 registered attendees.

The Family Experience Days
After the successful 10-day Homeschool Global Summit, which sparked increased interest in self-directed learning, Galileo challenged Minds Studio to create a new learning experience within a month to maintain engagement. The objective was to design a 2-day activity to showcase and review the year at Galileo, aiming to engage over 100 families in a global “self-directed learners open day.” Dubbed the Galileo Family Experience Days (#FXP20), the event was conceived as a creative, online, invite-only experience resembling a school family fair, reflecting Galileo’s values and involving students in its production.
Utilizing Zoom as the platform of choice for its familiarity, the event featured keynote sessions for global participation and interactive sessions in smaller groups to accommodate different time zones. Over 160 people registered, with over 120 in attendance during the opening ceremony, and more than 30 student and staff-produced videos showcased throughout the event. The event provided prospective families with insights into student life at Galileo and generated positive feedback and increased enrollments following its conclusion.

InspirED by Kubrio
After successfully delivering two online learning events, Minds Studio embarked on the creation of a year-round initiative. We devised a series of live interviews featuring inspiring individuals, initially scheduled weekly but later expanded to a daily format. Our objective was to introduce parents to key concepts related to self-directed learning, drawing insights from families already embracing this approach.
This initiative proved highly effective and was subsequently recorded and transformed into a podcast, available HERE.
